Quills of Candor

Quills of Candor are believed to be the remnants of the parrots' goddess, Sky Scratcher, who scattered them across the Nexus after the Big Squawk. Of course, this is not the only reason they are prized so highly; the quills are a form of kryptonite to the parrots, making them uncharacteristically pleasant and compliant upon being poked by one.
